No, but did you try asking Pfaff? What do they say? If you dont know anyone there, I highly recommend John Hulley specifically for his honest approach among other qualities. Shoot me a pm and I can connect you via email if you'd like.

Yeah, it's called $1.24/L gas prices for 87 octane.

That vehicle is getting around 15L/100km on Fuelly dot com

Ronan, I think you have the 2008, but other than the engine being different, have you had any problems with it? I have read about the drive shaft bearing, coil and coolant pipe issues. These two are priced fairly agressively it would appear and with CPO, I am wondering if I should get one.

Well.. my experience is about to change. My 2008 S has been flawless despite very long distance towing, winters, offroading and so on. I have about 105000 km on it. Least trouble I eve had on that mileage.

However, I left it in for a service this week because I am about to do another AZ trip and some Route 66 stuff.

Service is going to be very expensive I think.

-Electronic keys are both about shot and have to be replaced

-new rear pads ( admittedly 110,000 on a single set of pads is pretty good)

-oil leak. This is a big deal- several day' work. I was unaware of it but definitely not heading our on an 8000Km round trip with a trailer full of Mercedes SL500 on the way back. I will post the result. Should know tomorrow.

I would be interested to find out about the oil leak. What happened to the keys? Why do they need to be replaced?

Ronan, so did you find out what's wrong with yours?

BTW, Pfaff insisted that 265/50R19 are the right size tires for the 2006 Cayenne S and that the car has passed CPO certification. I called Porsche and was told, as stated on the door jam and in the owner's manual, that 275/45R19 and 255/50R19 are the only Porsche approved tire sizes for the 2006 Cayenne S with 19" rims. This is the same info as found on Porsche's website. So what can I do or what should I do?
