This weekend is the 4th weekend my 996 has been back on the road.

To answer the original question about starting up again... I disconnected the battery in November (no trickle charger at all)....reconnected it in April, checked tire pressure, checked oil level and other fluids, started car and drove away (after a lengthy warm up). Nothing more other than a oil change coming up, and try to find the code for my radio..
