Garage queen day
Yesterday at the Paletta Mansion on Lakeshore in Burlington there was a major gathering of polished new and old automotive exotics. I didn't get inside because I rode my bike and bikes where not allowed inside the event and golly gee the bike racks are inside the event. In any case I wasn't sufficiently motivated to plop down 25 bucks to get inside either. I did ride the bikeway to the lakeshore though and had a peak from there. I'm just guessing but I expect there were a couple of hundred cars on display.

I did go as I wanted to see the Ferrari 512BB up close and fortunately one was there, and I got to talk to the owner for a while, this 1978 car has 35K km on it only, that's about 1K km per year.....
I'll upload a few pix later.

$25 is a bit much. Edited my lack of inner monologue.

There was an old 928, somewhat run down, being used as a tow vehicle for a open-wheel race car on a trailer, I forgot to take pix though.
The "scenary" is generally pretty good too!

I understand the 512bb needs the valves adjusted every 1000 miles. They don't get driven very often. beautiful cars IMO. One sold few years ago at auction at RM at the airport for 70k. they were up to about 350 k few years before that.

Race Car
I spoke to the previous owner of the red car at the Exotic Car Show year before last and he had many humourous anecdotes about the car. For example, apparently every time you do a right shoulder check, your head hits the rear view mirror knocking it out of adjustment.
