I think it is a PCA only event .. this was in my confirmation email yesterday ..

Hi, we have received an overwhelming response to our Oct. 8 social event at Porsche Centre Oakville (“PCO”). We currently have 200 PCAUCR members and guests registered for the event.

When you arrive at PCO tomorrow, you will be greeted by both their staff, who will direct you to the parking area and a PCO photographer, who will take a picture of you and your car.

When you arrive at the facility, please proceed to the welcome desk. I will sign you in, give you a name badge and a raffle ticket.

Food and drinks will be served throughout the evening. Below is an agenda of the event:

• 6:30pm-7:30pm Members arrive and sign in. A 15-min tour of the facility will begin as soon as members arrive. We will have 20 people in each tour.

• 7:30pm-7:45pm Opening remarks by Mr. Walter Murray (President of PCAUCR), a speech by Mr. Francesco Policaro (General Manager of PCO) and a PCO video will be shown on the 140-ft video wall in the main showroom.

• 7:45pm-8:45pm Tour of the facility continues.

• 8:45pm Raffle draw

• 9:00pm-9:15pm Closing remarks by Mr. Walter Murray

I look forward to see you all tomorrow.

It is for sure. You have to email the social co-chair to confirm.

Great event, amazing facility. Probably one of the best run socials I've been to so far. The Cayman S test drive may have had a part to play in that....

Good times indeed! The duck-billed, 7speed C4S in SportPlus and "Binoculars" button engaged wasn't too bad either!

It was so nice to see everyone!!

But in terms of selling new cars and servicing newer cars, I suspect that they will do very well. Anyway, count me among those who are thrilled to have a Porsche dealership in the west end of the GTA. Full disclosure: I was their first car call when I did a European Delivery of my Cayman S back in July.
I've got to say that i'm quite impressed with Oakville. Having bought my previous Porsche from Downtown, I was a bit reluctant to give Oakville a shot. But after have a couple poor service experiences, and not feeling like an appreciated customer (Downtown must have way too much business - had I gone with them I would have spent over $500K with them on new car purchases in just 2 years) I went over there. I had a great conversation with Francesco Policaro, and I found him to be very forthcoming and honest with some of the questions I asked (re Porsche Pricing Policies, Track Use, Loaner Cars etc). I'll be taking my 991 over there shortly for an oil and brake pad change, and i'm looking forward to seeing how the perform.

My son and I went over and had a great time. I truly hope they can maintain the down-to-earth approach that they appear to be taking with their customer base. I bought my Cayenne from Downtown and honestly got the impression that they couldn't have cared less about me as a customer after the agreement was signed. My experience in Woodbridge was not much better when buying parts for my 993 and I forgot to mention my PCA discount. The fellow told me it was "too late" as he had already rang the purchase through. Very short sighted....as I haven't been back. Fingers crossed for Oakville

You guys should voice your concerns o the PCA site as well.
For some reason, they seem to pay more attention to that site.
Especially DFC as they hand out memberships with every car they sell.
