Thumbs up

Hi,

I'm very excited to see that Porsche will finally come to Oakville! As a Porsche owner that was tired to always having go to Toronto for anything to be done to my new Porsche 911.

Anyway I found a new Oakville Directory that list the new Porsche Dealer Ship http://www.directoryofoakville.com/d...-oakville.html

I don't think they're connected. Amit posts here so I don't think Porsche Oakville need to make these type of posts to drum up business. Probably someone thinking they are being helpful. It does *look* suspicious, I'll give you that however.

The last I heard was opening in August, but I drive by there everyday on the way home on QEW, from what i've seen they would be lucky if they open in late September IMHO.

I plan on stopping in after work on Thursday since I'll be less than a block away.

I'm 5 minutes from them, so I have my fingers crossed that they will offer a positive experience when it comes to buying parts. Lately I have been noticing that it's worthwhile buying more parts from the dealer, but Downtown Porsche is a long way when I factor in traffic. I bought a part there on their recommendation, turned out to be the wrong one, had to go back, all in almost 4 hours of driving! If Porsche Centre Oakville does a good job of customer service, I'll be a very happy guy.

I took a drive by on Sunday and was going to walk around a bit, but they were working on the parking lot. Cars were in the showroom and they had desks etc. set up. Look forward to dropping by each weekend when I am out for a cruise.
