Has anyone ever used Pfaff Tuning Auto Salon

http://www.pfafftuning.com/Products/...5/Default.aspx

There doesn't seem to be any online feedback on this...

Hey guys,

Didn't want to start a new thread on this topic, decided to bump an older one.

Looks like lots of recommendations for Wes at Orion Detailing and Autobahn back in 2012. Any new recommendations? Looking to get rid of light swirl marks and impurities that have built up in the paint.

I have had my cars detailed by Wes at Orion and he did an exceptionally good job. He is also not far...just over in Leeside.

Thanks, I know your cars are mint. I'm definitely going to go with Wes, not going to second guess you. lol That was easy enough.

Also, since we're on the topic of shops in Toronto, I have the RSS centre exhaust mounted on my car:

http://rss.rpmware.com/rss/rss_gt3_x.../i-291991.aspx

It's shifted about 1 or 2mm to the right, does anyone know if the rear bumper needs to be removed in order to access the clamps to shift the pipes just a tad to the left, or can it be done on a hoist without removing the rear bumper? Any shop you guys recommend that I can quickly have this done at?

Thanks!

Oh yes, one last recommendation question.

I went to visit an SA today to get a quote for a GT3 RS engine, transmission, and differential oil change for peace of mind. He quoted me about $1000-1100 plus taxes to have all three done. Now, I've only driven BMW M cars the last few years, but I'm guessing the fluids for the three changes plus filter etc cost about $250, and let's be generous and say 2 hours labour at $150/hour. Should the quote not be in the $550 + tax range?? Just curious.

It was Downtown Porsche. I was speaking to Robert. Really nice guy, car enthusiast as well, but I don't know, I'm younger and I've noticed a trend in the past where most places I go, I get quoted very high amounts. I would like to have Downtown Porsche do most work on the car because it's close by, but at $1200 after taxes, this sounds like I'm paying double --just using my own judgement here. Don't want to rub anyone the wrong way, but can anyone recommend an SA that is fair and trustworthy? I'll call auto works.

If you are going to Downtwon, use Mike Ledrew. He is a super nice guy and always goes the extra mile.

$1000 is stupid $ for a engine and transaxle(transmission and differential are in one casing) oil change.
$150 to DIY it....
Congrats on the car, pics?
Cheers,

Cheers,
Surprised that I did not know it's all in one case. Considering that, sounds like my $550 estimate is a touch on the high side. Thanks, some SAs from BMW have been a pain to deal with in the past, want to deal with the right person from the get go.

It hasn't been imported yet, there's a bit of wait with the transport company. I'll post em up after I receive the car.
