Totally agree, eye contact is one of many inputs. But with all the idiots out there, I want every bit of help I can get!

Of course, I'm not gonna GET any help from the dark tinters!

Doh!

More comedy then: Don't see a T Bone but I do see the guy down the street grilling his Top Sirloin...

Resurrecting an old thread.

I can no longer stand driving the 87 with no tint, I stopped by superior earlier in the week and there was nobody home. I have tried calling as well and just get voicemail. They did an awesome job on my 85, so I don't really want to take the 87 anywhere else.

Are they still in business, has anyone talked to Joe or Gino recently?

Yes they are, I stopped by a couple of months ago as I work very close by, they come in early and leave early now, I recall them saying they close at 3pm and put up the rope barrier with the "Closed" sign.

Did you call before or after 3pm? They may also have been out installing window film on offices and houses.

It was at about 1pm, no rope and nobody there, doors locked. Anyways good to know they are still open, I will drop by early tomorrow.

Well they called back and said that their current installer does not have enough experience to tint a 928.

I know they had a hard time when they did my 85.

So the search resumes for an experienced tint shop.

Any recos would be appreciated.

Darn, Gino was still there when I stopped by a couple of months ago, he did both of my cars including the hardtop of the 996, it was tough too but he also did a great job.

I asked and she said Gino was still there but only does commercial work. Translation, they just don't want to do it.
