yeah guys it is the 2.8 V6.
I would not really sell this car to anyone unless really for parts. I mean i think it is just getting worn out and could not sell it to anyone in good conscience who is looking for a car to drive. Mind you if I wasnt picking up the Maxima i would keep it as it has been a great little car.
Your right there is no rust on it at all . They sure dont make cars like this any more . I think as an ice racer it would actually be an awesome car except its the FWD model not the quatro. I just heard today our company just put a hold on all asset purchases so my new car is on hold .. who knows maybe I will be able to squeeze another year out of her yet .. maybe i could do a farewell tour

Danny I threw in an interior pic just so you can have a look ... took them when i got it before my refurb

The interesting thing about this car is the engine runs longtitudanaly in a front wheel drive car .. certainly not the norm.

Oh yes boys i do have the 2000 to tinker with and have already done lots .. did the flex tubes on the exhaust already .. what a freakin nightmare that was..

doesn't the emissions have a 12 year warranty from Audi? I think they would have fixed the exhaust for free.

Engine is partially fixed? Still a problem with no power that I have to solve, but it gets me to work and back.

Mark: I thought so too... but I didn't want to rush my 3.2 Carrera purchase... so Jetta will have to make due until I find the right car.

Sorry for hijacking the thread Clive! The audi was brand new when you took those interior pics... only 240k!

I think I have your heat problem solved. Quite evident in the interior picture which shows that the vents are closed. No need to thank me, I am always glad to help engineers where I can. Seriously though, it is in amazing shape and condition and should fetch about enough (maybe more) to by your next used car.

So Ice; you have two audis, the porsche, maxima and from the photo minivan and again from the photo 2 car garage so how does this audi get to sit in garage in the first place? For some reason I did not picture you living in a subdivision. and whats up with the guy painting the garage teal?...sharks fan or something?
