Looks like a great track, think I saw a bit of Watkins Glen in it.

This track could never be used for F1 (if they decided in the future) - it's not boring enough for F1!

I just hope that there is a "resort" element once they are done with Mosport. Would love to buy a track condo there...

Not zoned for that. That would be a huge fight at the OMB. Ron has already stated that they are not aiming for that type of operation anyway.

You could always put an offer in for the house by the oval/DDT entrance - the one with the chip wagon out front...

FYI: Had an update last week. Plans are in the works for an internal road that will connect the GP course, the oval and the DDT without having to leave the track, drive down the road and then in another gate.

There's a great opportunity to do a development off track. Lots of room up there.

Only problem that I see is that, unless you have track owner/operator on side, it would be hard to get many days blocked during the season???
