wasnt a Porsche test engineer killed on the autobahn developing this car ? i seem to remember reading about this

Maybe the trany fluid wouldn't freeze if all of the "experienced" engineers weren't on beach duty. Looks like a bunch of undergrads working in the cold.

This is all good, but they should park one in an unheated garage and drive it only once a year for 6 years and see if they can engineer seals that don't dry out and cause oil leaks! More useful to many owners that baby these cars then a shift linkage that freezes up at -40C.
