Default Child seat tether kits

Where did you guys who imported cars get this kit? Is it Porsche specific?

This is for a 996TT.

do you mean the racing seat brackets that are used for tethering?

I have a set but never installed.

I hope your trip down to get the car goes smooth. It'll great to have another NSX defector here.

I think Canadain Tire sells them but if they don't, any car dealer will have it. Comes in a small bag with everything in it. I found a bunch a few yers ago at the wreckers, in the glovebox of somes Fords (Contours/Mystiques).

YUP, thanks. I called the guys who do the RIV at CDN Tire and they said pick one up from CDN Tire and have it on the passenger seat. Install not necessary he said.

Got the SRS maintenance stickers from Dodge and the child seat anchor kit yesterday. Things are a moving!

Also, make sure to pick up or print out the bilingual airback stickers too.

My mistake....I have the BK brackets for the LATCH not Teather.

$11 at Ford but you already got.

Which one did you end up buying?

Ordered the DRL hack from Graham in Ottawa today for $15. Also got my confirm from the US border.

This is getting exciting!!!

i did not need anything, there already is child seat hook in the car, if you look closely in the back behind the rear seat, there is a place where there isa mark in the carpet. The anchor is there.

For the DRL, i put a zip tie behind the switch, total cost, 0,01$

Did you guys call the border to make sure you were clear to export after you got your confirm, or did you just show up and assume the VIN checked out okay?

I had the fax confirmation with the date on it and that did the trick.
