Sorry for the late reply, i was out for the week at Tremblant but yes, the hook is already hidden in there, the carpet is already cut, just look carefuly you will see where it is cut.

Found it Alex - mine was the same as yours, but RIV inspectors told me that I needed the kit or else they'd fail my car - so i bought it and left it on passenger seat ($7). Form 2 says the kit is needed.
