OK, I lied. Insurance came off the car today... that's what two days of intermittent snow flurries does to the owner of a non-galvanized 911! It's going to be a looooooooong winter.

I should look in regional forum more often!

hope to make it out next year! Car is currently on stands, doing some minor repairs and cleaning..also thinking of getting the wheels re painted.

but for now

Car up on stands is pretty typical for December in Ottawa it seems!

Aside: I see you've got a K1300S (on stands too, I imagine), great bikes! I was looking at those when it came time to replace my Hayabusa but after weighing all the options, I decided to go with what I was comfortable on and bought another 'Busa. We should get the local Rennlist motorcycle riders together in the spring as well!

Defiantly down for a ride. I have been riding super bikes for years (traded my Ducati 1098 on the k) and looking forward to putting some miles on the k next year...only managed 50km after delivery and before storing it.

Great idea, Dave.

But lets all meet where the roads are exciting to ride. How does a meet atop the Grossglockner sound? Then a quick run over to the Porsche museum.
