Well if we want to have post coffee drives, then lets have it in Maberly where the roads in the immediate area are far better. Those around Kemptville are still in farming country and quite lame.
The 36 from Maberly to Westport is nice. So is Crow Lake Road and Hannah Road.

Hi guys!
I just moved to Ottawa a couple weeks ago and have been searching the net for some kind of car community. It is my first year driving in Ottawa! For some reason there just does not seem to be any active easy going car community in the city. In addition to the fact that I have no idea where to drive to in Ottawa, it just doesnt seem as fun going on solo car trips. Although fun, I'm not quite interested in the "stickers add HP to my car" scene.
I read this thread from post #1 all the way to the end and gotta say you guys seem to be nice people(with nice cars). I stumbled upon the thread as I searched all over the net to see if there was any kind of car clubs in Ottawa, I even read one post from some random BMW forum mentioning the good atmosphere of your Ottawa meets.
I love cars, and LOVE driving and I bet I could learn a lot about cars (and anything else) from you guys. My courses in uni were more theoretical than practical! So I would really love to be able to come join you guys.
However, I am going to be honest and say that I DO NOT drive a Porsche, I drive a 2012 Elantra Touring. I have to say that I kept this thread open in Firefox for a while before I decided to ask you guys. The fact that you guys meet in the mornings tells me it is not a rice rocket crowd. Anyways, it would be really awesome if you guys were OK with me tagging along sometimes. I promise to not park my car in your lineup and pretend it belongs! Maybe you can discuss at your next meet and let me know.
