Default Simply Tire does a great job!

I got all for tires ground, resealed and Road Force balanced at Simply Tire,
and Allen Ahi did a really good job.

He was friendly, very professional, and runs a really good business, at very reasonable prices.
I am picky as to who works on my P-car, and I highly recommend him.

I have no business affiliation with Simply Tire, and I know sometimes people
here ask where they can take their cars besides the P-dealers.

Road Force, BTW, makes a big difference in smoothing the ride, and eliminating all wheel vibrations,
that our P-cars are very sensitive to.

Not wrong, just 10 mm wider (around 1/2"). 305 mm, instead of the OEM 295 let's me curve faster.
Also, it protects my rims from curb rashes; I don't have any, but just saying..

Nevermind Wider... you are on 19" Wheels... Side wall should be 5mm smaller... just like you went from 225/40 to 235/35 in the front... You are on 305/30 when you should be on 305/25 or 315/25 in the Rear... Wrong size tires on your car, its going to kill you AWD System.

Zook your selling red Belts ? .. do you have the Red Shoes to match ?

I thin were talking total rolling Radius .. Zook is correct as it will affect your Odo and speedo also i would imagine if overall rolling radius is not maintained. To what degree i am not sure of tho .. too lazy yo do the math

In my case, going from 195/60/15 front and 205/55/15 rear to 205/50 F and 225/50 R brought my speedo accuracy from about 10-11% too high down to about 2% over, and that's after having my speedo recalibrated 2 years ago. So yeah, that different diameter can make a huge difference.

You are right about the 19" (bought it like that) OEM are 18",
but the ratios are mantained, so no damage to AWD system.

LOL!! If I go from 305/30 to 305/25, might as well put on a thin rubber belt around the rim.

My back to front difference ratio is way less than the 4% required by Porsche, so AWD is OK.

July 30th

Appt at 10am for a tire change. My wife's CRV got 4 new Kumho Solas K21 or something like that - round, black, quiet touring tires.

I also had 2 loose Porsche rims in the back that needed Hankook V12 tires.

6 tires total. Out of there by 1045am. Great prices. Allen discounted me $8/tire for the Porsche since the wheels were off the car.

He also checked out my wear, he said very even, negative camber (which I want supposedly). He did recommend I get an alignment. He says Pcars should get alignments every 20,000km or so....
