Hi guys,

Need help with choosing a colour. I'm looking for a dark grey aka gunmetal/charcoal grey.

What's the darkest grey porsche offers in the 997 body. Atlas grey is nice and darck but has a hint of blue in it. I didn't find slate or meteor dark enough. Any other dark greys that I'm missing?

if meteor is not dark enough, then look at slate grey or maybe even basalt black.

if you're looking for a grey in between atlas grey and meteor grey in the standard paint options, i don't think there is one. i think you'll have to get a custom paint option if you are ordering new. if you're shopping used, i think meteor grey is your best option.

i think you need to see them in person to decide if you like it our not. i did not like atlas grey (too blue).

Im looking in the pre-owned market. great pics and links posted above. To me slate looks darker than the meteor. I'll definately have to visit a porsche dealer to view in person. always hard to tell in pics.
