Default OT, the Bruins won it!

I felt bad for the Canucks, was hoping they can bring the cup back to Canada . That was a weird series. Thoughts???

22 out of 31 Bruins players are from Canada. Safe to say the cup is coming to Canada!

Pretty hard to win when your best players aren't playing like your best players.

Sedin sisters ... Luongo ...

Bets Luongo won't be there in the fall? The Canucks' downfall for years has been bad and/or inconsistent goaltending. Yes, the Sedins had a bad playoff run, but if they'd had a more consistent goalie I'll bet things would've been a lot different.

I agree when he's on his game he's good, but he get into slumps, very inconsistent, if they would have had a better goalie or more consistent goalie, Van would have won. The highest paid goalie in the league should blow the number of games he blew in the cup finals.

Well I think it's unfair to totally unload on Luongo. The Canucks offense should take a big portion of the blame as well. They were only down by 1 at the end of the first, and that is demoralizing for a goalie, the team needs to rally and score which they did not and threw Lu under the bus.

Couldn't agree more. But even if they had been able to muster a couple goals, it wouldn't have been enough. They simply ran out of gas after the San Jose series.

Lounge is a great goalie when the game is not important. The big games he chokes, but the team couldn't score a single goal last night.
The leafs had a winning record vs Boston. Thomas said if leafs played all their games like they did against Boston we would have been in first place. Nice to see kaberle win and fill the cup with champagn

I agreed Luongo is inconsistent. I remembered watching the Olympics gold medal game and almost had a heart attack, at least Crosby came thru for him...

20+ goals against in 4 games is dreadful. Needless to say the nucks didn't have a schizo goalie and won a game in Boston, things would have turned out a bit differently. He was a sieve! It'll be difficult unloading one Jeckyll & Hyde goalie in the off season.

Last time I checked you need to score at least one goal to win a game.
Lu played like an average goalie.

The contract he has means he is above "average", yes the rest of the team did not help out last night with a single goal, but that fact remains for what he gets paid he should have played better.
