I finally pulled the trigger and bought a 99 996 located in Wichita Kansas. Unfortunately I can't get away to drive her back so I was hoping someone could recommend a trucking company to bring her home to Mississauga.
I can hardly wait to get it up here so I can say " You aren't in Kansas anymore Toto!"

Hi Mike, I just purchased an'83 911 SC. Had it transported from Wisconsin to Toronto by TFX International. Service was pretty good, closed specialized car carrier, smooth border transaction (having all the paperwork prior is key though), and delivered to my door in Etobicoke just last Friday!
Speak to Adam @ TFX. Phone # 416-243-8531. Let me know if you have any questions.

I just used http://www.incognitoexpress.com/ to ship (enclosed) from Dallas to the peace bridge then drove it back over the Lewiston bridge. Pricing was reasonable and the driver called me daily with updates.
If you can spare half a day of your time you'll save a lot of money bringing it over the border yourself. I was surprised how easy it was and how friendly customs was on both sides of the border.

Had a superb experience with Mackie Auto Transport (and they are Canadian). My pcar was the least expensive car on the truck.
