If you're not going to trailer to the track why not just get a GT3 street car? The fact that you have to drive the car home probably means that you wont be driving 10/10ths on the track (so maybe you dont need a cup car to enjoy the track). Also keep in mind that if you aren't racing the cup car, you will spend most of your lapping days stuck behind slower cars or end up bored lapping "street cars". There are street cars and there are racing cars - neither one does the other's job well.
