Per Steve's suggestion, here's the route to the Casino in Gananoque (about 40 minutes away, mostly along Highway 2):

Meet location: Raxx Bar & Grill, 665 Development Dr, Kingston ON
Time: Cars should start rolling in from the West and East at around 10:30AM, lunch will be at 12:00 noon.
Fun run destination: OLG Casino Thousand Islands -- 380 Highway 2, Gananoque, Ontario K7G 2V4 (see map for location, but note that it isn't on a named road).

We'll probably want to stop at some point on the way and take some pictures, but I'm not sure where. I'm looking forward to meeting everyone!

I'm still going.
I started cleaning the car the other day, and my new foglight lense arrived, and I got it all installed. Whala! no more crappy broken lense! Looks great!

I'll be at the 5th wheel truck stop in Bowmanville (Waverly rd Mosport exit) at approx 8am. Two other 944's are supposed to arrive, and we are going to head out at 8:30am sharp.

Anyone else going to caravan to the meet?

Fergus, sorry to hear about your roof! We lost some shingles at the farm from that storm, too.

Here are some pictures from today's Kingston meet. The weather was great, and it was really good to meet some more Porsche folks! I hope we can do it again, soon.

We made it back ok! It was great to meet all of you, and check out some cool cars, and the weather cooperated so it was top down the whole way! It can't get any better!

I left the restaurant first to grab a couple of pics of the entire row of cars with no people in the pics. I'll upload some more later on when I get the rest of the pics from my co-pilots camera.

Way to go guys! Our Toronto GTG started small five years ago and has grown pretty large ( 40+ cars today). Keep it up!
