Deal is done: C4S is gone as my next ride is incoming
Tough decision, but the right one. I've been on a waiting list for this very special car for exactly 1 year as of today. I was beginning to despair that my dream car would never materialize, but lo and behold I got the confirmation email this morning that my vehicle is built and on it's way to me!
I've always been a HUGE fan of the Prius and felt that it just didn't get the recognition it deserves as a performance car and that you guys would no longer accept me if I started tracking one. Well as you can see from the pictures, this tuner version changes everything and will humble all 911 variants: we all tend to obsess on getting faster and faster laptimes, but there's more to DE events than speed. In our quest to go faster, we forget to take in the scenery at our tracks, admire the outfits and body language of the corner workers and most importantly the hard work that's gone into painting the curbs at each corner. This car will allow me to put in quality laps and take the time to do just that on each and every lap; I think that once I start taking you around the track for hot laps, many of you will see the light and trade up.
I can't wait to start lavishing the same amount of attention on it as I use to on the C4S. I'm going to stop by the Toyota dealer to pick up some t-shirts, jackets and baseball caps to replace all my Porsche swag which I'll be donating to Goodwill on my way there.
I'm so excited! What a great way to start the month of April!!

Phil, a more believable story would have been "C4S is gone, GT3 purchased". I didn't buy the Prius BS for a moment!
So much for my April fools post on buying a 3.2... you beat me to the joke!
PS: Don't worry, I already donated your Rennlist merchandise to save you the trouble of having to do it later!
