Am taking a pass from the Porsche Parade this year, ( Savannah in July.....steaming). However, the Rennsport reunion at Laguna Saca in October sounds like it might be interesting. Only held every four years.
Has anyone been to it before???

Ronan, I've been to Rennsport Reunion II, it was held at Daytona. It's great to see all the historic race cars in one place, even more awsome was seeing these ulta rare race cars go from the relative security of the garage to the race track in a matter of few moments. Porsche collectors like Jerry Seinfeld and Peter Kitchak field multiple cars and race them on track.

IMO the Daytona track has a way of show casing the fast cars like the 962 and the 917; the Laguna Seca track should do justice to the entire field similar to the first Rennsport at Lime Rock.

Unfortunately this year I won't be able to make it.

Was at Rennsport Reunion I at Lime Rock along with II & III at Daytona.

I've booked my room at Monterey.

It's worth the trip. It's so worth the trip.

in October you can coordinate it with the Quail, historic races at Laguna and Pebble Beach all in a short time period...would like to go. gotta try Laguna one day!...soon

I'm interested but I did Pebble for golf with the boys last Nov and wifey would kill me. Might go if I can talk her into going. Without her, no chance.
