Default FS: 1988 928 S4 Auto

After much consideration, I have decided to put my '88 928 S4 up for sale in the spring. Unfortunately I have other obligations and a lack of time to drive the vehicle, so rather than let it sit for an indefinite period of time, I have made the choice to sell.

The following is a brief description. It's the car in my avatar. I have owned it for the past 12 years and those who have been in the 928 world long enough may remember it from when I held 928 gatherings in the early 2000s.

More pictures to follow.

I am very realistic in terms of the condition of the car and pricing. I would prefer to sell to a Rennlister who is familiar with 928s. Please PM me for more details.

Seriously, given how soft the 928 market is, I'm looking for an offer in the $14k range.

Hey Paul, sad to see the shark go.

I'm sure that the opportunity will come when you're ready for another one!

BTW, you may want to post a price. Rennlist forum rules require this and they're pretty adamant about it. Ask me how I know this.

You have a good memory Imre

I actually ended up getting mint, fully loaded '09 Ralliart just after Christmas. Doesn't take much to tune it to Evo 9 specs.

Post sale of the shark, the the following items will be available. Interested parties please PM and I will contact you when they become available. Prices on all items are flexible:

- new coolant expansion tank $75
- new Eibach springs $100
- EZK and rebuilt LH computer (by 928 ECU Repair) $650 for both
- rebuilt MAF (by 928 ECU repair) $450
- DT928 diag tool w/ connectors for S4/GT/GTS $300
