I always find it funny when the media become the story - not the story. They start interviewing each other or recording each others accidents or assaults thereby CREATING the news story - not reporting on events. I recall watching all the problems in New Orleans a few years back and because the news crews couldn't get out of the hotels (or didn't want to) they start interviewing each other on 'their' impressions of the disaster. Like who cares what THEY think? Self affected twits. While it's good that Anderson wasn't really hurt... come on, we all secretly smirked a bit didn't we?
