yeah but has it had the coolant pipes fixed ...... a question which will very soon be asked on any possible sale or PPI.

BTW i am not that familiar with these new fangled machines . Is there something particular about the interior ?

Yup, looks like the wrong photo was used or someone spent an ungodly amount to convert the interior to look like a 996.

Kills me when GT3 owners brag about no track time on the car. What's the f#*king point of getting it? Cruising around Yorkville?.. Picking up cougars?...

he probably used google to find pictures of a gt3 instead of taking his own. or, if he did take the pictures himself then either he got scammed with a 996 instead of a 997 or he's trying to scam someone

You all got it wrong: it's the 2007 GT3 with the highly desirable Boxster 986 interior. Look at the interior closely, it says Boxster S at the bottom of the center consol. Very rare beauty indeed

It is most likely an honest mistake. If you scan through the interior picture you will see that it says Boxster S by the gearbox. There is also a Boxster in the background of one of his other pictures.

Even if it is an 07 GT3... isn't 103k a bit steep?? What's the canadian market for 7.1 GT3s?

Turns out the guy had accidentally posted an interior pic of a Boxster he previously owned. That's all. Sorry to ruin your fun.

+100

I always tell people that it lowers the value of the car for me if it has NEVER been on the track. Simply because the track makes all the small issues become big issues, and it forces you to fix them.

So, If I buy a car that has not been tracked, it means when I do put it on the track, it needs a lot of work to sort out.... and the work costs me $$$. So please, track your cars, its good for them...

You don't keep racing horses in the stable... they forget how to run... and now I am talking about the cougars you mentioned... not the car...

Maybe he picked up a cougar, and she scratched up the interior really bad and put high heel spike through the roof... so he decided to replace it...

Come on guys... think outside the box...
