I will post a few shots > Am running in the TSD rally and the gimmick rally; definitely not entering the Concours as I have no patience for going over the car with a toothbrush. However , I expect there will be some tasty P-cars to photograph!.

Ronan...using the wheels as tie down points will scratch the wheel paint.

I read (on 6speedonline I believe) that in order to keep alignment specs, a car should be tied down by the frame or body. The Cup cars and gt3s with center locks have hoops that you can attach directly to the hubs.

Again, only what I have read. No hands on experience.

Not if the straps are soft.

I will definitely get the Rennline tiedown plates for the car. Got here ok but sure as shooting will need an alignment when I get back!. No wheel damage...I use old strips of towelling around the straps.
