Anyone know how to find out what the name of the ship my 911 C4S might be on from Germany. The Dealer informed me that as of now my car is ONVESL status which means it's steaming over the Atlantic on its way to the port of Halifax.

I tried to make some deductions myself and after visiting a few sights found this one:

There are only two ships that left Europe (port of Rotterdam and Zeebruge). The ship names are KIEL EXPRESS and ELEKTRA. Of these only the latter is a dedicated vehicles carrier, the 1st is a container ship.

Any ideas?

 

No idea, but I was told that my car is on a ship arriving in Halifax on the 23rd or the 24th.

 

The KIEL EXPRESS arrives on the 24th and the ELEKTRA arrives on the 28th. Our cars are most probably on the same vessel.

 

You guys aren't worrying about the ship hitting an iceberg, are you? :-)
