Using Avenue Moving at the moment with no issues so far (halfway done). They're not the cheapest but cheap often comes with its own set of complications. You should do a little research on the topic and check on the BBB website. There are a lot of dodgy operators out there - see the following link: http://www.torontolife.com/daily/inf...oving-company/
I have used movers chicago for commercial move and i am very happy with my decision. They were great and managed to shift all the things with great care.
This past spring, we moved. We had not moved in 19 years. I was quite surprised how much the industry has changed. I know in the 90's, we used Tippet. They were super slow and very expensive. In the early 2000's, I used a no name, should have been called "Junkie Moving" if you understand what I mean. 3 guys. Super fast and careful. For the last move, having heard horror stories of furniture being held hostage, we interviewed 3 separate companies and chose one. There were no issues but alot more expensive than I expected. Having said that, times are much different now.
