Omar,

There's a tag from Transport Canada fixed on the transom of the boat or in a general visible area where it specifies how many people you're allowed to carry on each specific type of boat.
You need a life jacket for each person aboard but there's no mention anywhere about how drunk the passengers can be ... lol

As for the Captain, well he has to be in a "reasonable " state

Cheers !

Use the same rules as cars Omar .. no one cares how drun k the passenegers are just don't have open alcohol within drivers reaach ... but having said that it sure seams easier for drunk passengers to fall out of a boat than a car ..

Gee guys, no wonder you are getting busted lol
No open liquor anywhere on board. I used to hide it under the bow where only the bikini clad woman could reach.
You need to be anchored with cooking facilities and a proper bathroom to have alcohol.
Impaired driving charges are the same as a car.
They used to have a police wagon at the locks. They would give the driver a breathalizer, fingerprints and pictures right on the spot.
Boating and drinking is only fun far up north where there aren't any boat ramps for the OPP.
