Try Kipling Tire (www.kiplingtire.ca). Justin (the owner) is a Porsche driver too. No affiliation etc...

I've heard, but have no first hand experience, that Tire Rack will put them on your porch for close to half what you pay here. Do have first hand experience getting Michelins installed on SUV in US for close to half the best Canadian estimate. Anyone have first hand experience?

Have used Tire Rack and Kipling Tire before: my advice to you is shop around. Tire Rack worked in my favour twice, but one time Kipling Tire saved me $ hundreds over Tire Rack.

Used Tire Rack for my Sumi HTR's and saved a lot of $$ over what I could find them for here. Dropped them at my house. Easy process

Last time I did pricing, tirerack.com shipping to here and installed locally was about the same price as buying locally, including installation. What about having them shipped to a tire shop across the border and having them installed there? Would probably save a bundle.
