Does anyone know where I can find Gaurds Red paint in a spray can in the GTA? I know that I can go to an autobody paint supply store and custom order it but I am looking to see if anyone has sourced a good match from a readily available supplier/store like Can Tire.

Canadian Tire Torch Red is pretty close, but I wouldn't recommend using it on the exterior. A can of custom-mixed Guards Red is about $25 from a paint shop.

Wurth has a red that is quite close if not guards red. I use it for my car.

There is a place in downtown Toronto called Robert's Automotive. I use him to make paint for me. If you give him your paint code they can make an aerosol can in your colour while you wait.
They are located on Dundas east of Dufferin.

Many jobbers will make it for you while you wait. Carquest, UAP etc. Less that $30.00 a can.

It is tough enough to colour match let alone using generic paint colours hoping for a close match.

I am fabricating a bracket to weld on for a second deck lid strut so I though that an exact match was not warranted. But if a Guards Red paint can be custom mixed that easily then I will probably go that route. Thanks again to all those that provided their 2 pennies.

Pickering has a Napa on brock road which does an exact paint duplicate of your colour code in less that 30 minutes. Its around $35 for a full spray can
