Yes to all above questions. I have the Professional duretric cable that can activate modules, reset lights and scan dme as well. I'd be hapy to service some more porsches.

Great tire warranty/mounting too!!

Durametric software can turn off the service alert's - even my 'net' version does it.

Well, you're calling "false" on Ernie, the shop owner - chances are he knows his prices. Maybe they've changed since you were last in?

Are you implying, that as a customer, I don't know what I paid for my service? Although my oil change was from last year, my mention of "considerably more" than $270, should be enough information for the purpose of this post and falls within a fair posting guideline.
I could go on in greater detail of the opportunities that I've given the Mantis organization to come good by Ernie's word, on another matter, but I won't.
I'm saying that I was charged considerably more than $270 last year. If in fact there has been a price decrease, due to economic landscape or otherwise, to $270 today, it only furthers my point of caution to existing/future consumers.

Well, I'm not going to get involved in any dispute. I can only say that I've received great service from Mantis over the last several years since I've owned my car, DESPITE the fact that when I called Ernie this morning to order a part he didn't remember my name and I had to remind him by my car

If I read this correctly, your first post was "chances are he knows his prices" then "well, I'm not going to get involved in any dispute.........." Give me a break man.
Post with your positive experience, don't post questioning my negative experience as if you know any facts, then say "I'm not getting involved"

I'm venting because courtesy shouldn't take a backseat, just because it's text and not face to face discussion.

Sorry, I really didn't think I was being un-courteous. I just figured you'd made a mistake with your initial post, and didn't realize who it was that had posted the original price.

If it were a face-to-face conversation, I probably would have nudged you and said 'erm, you know who that is that just said that price, don't you?' or perhaps in your first statement I would've been able to tell from your tone of voice that you knew exactly who it was and were upset with them.
