This is good... when I first got my car a had a fuel smell which turned out to be a hose for the return line, it's been over 10+ years so I can't recall if it was a "T" or a straight section of hose but it joined two sections togeather and was located under the passenger door. As your car is ROW it might not be in the same area but it is something to go on.
