I go to Ottawa every week, and 18 wheelers,
which by law now must have a 105 km/hr limiter, take as
long as 10 km to pass the other truck, which is traveling
at 104.9 km/hr.

Often they create and hold a huge line of cars on the left
lane right behind them.

Many times, there are no cars behind me, yet they cut
me off just as I am about to pass them; I then remain
stuck at 105 km/hr for the next 10km.

The red neck idiot next to him, will also not slow down either
to let him pass and get in front.

I usually honk the horn for a few seconds, to let them know
how much I really like their f$kin decisions.

John, don't use your horn - thats what an open sunroof is for!! Just don't ever let them catch up after you've given them the your number one signal!

Yes. My son is 16 and going through Young Drivers, and that is what they are taught.
