I'll be pulling the trigger on a purchase in abouty 30 days. A lot of other guys will likely be doing the same. The best price I've seen for my 1996 TT application is about $2,750 US.
Are you seeing similar numbers?

Not in the market, but Essex Distributors in Canada has them for CA$2731.25 for the set.
Are they any cheaper in the US? I haven't found any supplier that is lower.

pulled trigger
I pulled the trigger last year Essex or bilstein.ca
beats americana pricing
get good local to put on make sure the old rear spring cups are removed
drop a little below ROW and it sure looks smoking HOT!!!
If you want to drop to RS get rs drop links
If not might not fit.
align, weight ,
ride is realllly good.
I think better then old worn out stockers
I rode Rs height for awhile to low.
tire WEAR

Actually I approached Essex after my last post. Looks like they will be best. They're responsive too. Expect prices to be posted here before the weekend.

Alright guys,
Take a look at the following. I'm not convinced this is the deal of the century, but again, Tirerack is cheap to begin with. Basically we save:
- ~$70 on shipping + customs broker fees
- the CAD/USD exchange
- the difference in price (which varies greatly from one model to the other, some are in the negative)
Looking for your comments and level of interest. If/when I have a firm commitment from you guys, may be able to get another $100 off, don't know for sure...

Thanks JP. I am going to pass. I can get the PSS9 kit for the Boxster for USD 1,824.95 delivered to Buffalo, NY from MJM Autohaus (http://www.mjmautohaus.com/catalog/i...13_17483_17488). I can probably get by the Duty & Taxes by waving my French passport at Canada Customs, as I always do (never ever had to pay duty & taxes so far). The CAD 400.00+ saving (by the time I add the shipping, GST and PST on Essex' price) is well worth the drive to Buffalo.
