Default Rusty Lugs

anyone have any idea of the best way to clean up my rusty lugs ?? Soak in CLR, paint them black, resign myself to the fact that I should just make them winters to go with the winter rims and just get some new ones ???

You can paint them with the Wurth wheel paint. Perfect match to the colour of your wheels. Just flip a cardboard box over and punch holes through it to hold the lug bolts upright and shoot them with paint.

Pics or Ban.

If you don't want the rust comming back you can also have you bolts annoed/powdercoated whatever color you want. There's a number of cheap places in toronto that do it (motorcycle/cyclist shops are the best because they have cheap rates for tiny batches of small parts).

Thanks for all the suggestions.....I think at this point I'm going to look for plastic covers (just for the ease of it)....barring that, Iceman I'll pick you up and we can go stripper shoppin - I mean paint shopping (I'd hate for you to have to make a trip like that all on your own on my behalf !)
