i wonder if they have the OPP charge the OPP for example or if a different police force inverstiagtes to avoid him being tipped off by friends.. All interesting stuff really.

The other issue and I don't know if this has hit the fan yet - but it will - is that I will bet big money if you review the over 50k and stunting charges this guy laid that out of all of these charges... a large % of them may be related to a 'race' bias...

I wondered about that too - when I read zookie's comment in the article that the cop asked him "whose car is this?" it does seem to imply some kind of prejudgment - like he thought 'no way a young brown guy could be driving a Porsche'.
