Sputter...it's so funny that you caught onto to this... I'm not sure about the true origin of the quote but I got it from a very very naughty movie that was based more on actions then award winning script....LOL !

Your line is such a bad cliche. You ripped that line from somewhere, a B movie but damned if I can recall which one.

Linda Evangelista said that in Vogue:

"We don't wake up for less than $10000 a day"

So is my stomach. That's just disgusting. What a ridiculous abuse of power. I realize it's just suggestion, but 9 times out of 10, where there's smoke, there's fire.

Honestly, if I didn't own a business in this province, I'd be gone. Corrupt police, inept gov't, crippling taxes and miserable health care. Alberta is sure looking good right now.

And the houses were just thrown together any old way and then over priced.

Shall we mention the price of a bottle of scotch out there compared to Ontario??

Yeah, but they don't take as much of your income in taxes (income tax, sales tax, who knows, maybe property tax too - couldn't be higher than it is here, which is even higher than Toronto) so you have more left to afford such things!

I'm curious how they caught on to him. I bet there are few officers puckering their butts about now wondering if they crossed their Ts and dotted their Is.

I aksed this same question to my Paralegal, he said to charge a officer like this they would have to be building the case (being on the tail of the officer) for 6 Months to a Year... And once they were sure something is fishy here, the investigator must have sent a Young Kid down the Road where Mohoney Patrols and asked him to cruise control at 145kmph and see if Mohoney catches and charges him with 50 over, to have a Solid case like this.
