30km? Isn't a school zone 40km ... so an on-ramp to a 100km hwy would be less??
Thought I read somewhere that ramp speed is the same as the road you are exiting onto ... so if you're leaving a hwy and coming onto a 60 kph road, 60 kph is the ramp speed .... and if you are entering onto a 100kph hwy it would be 100 kph (with the yellow ramp speeds posted only a suggestion, not the legal limit). Hummm, better check this out.
Odd, I was under the impression that any speed sign posted with a yellow background (on ramps, turns...etc) was merely suggestive and not the actual limit.
