actually Ekam those don't look too good, I can see many imperfections in your pictures and a scratch. spray paint can fill those in and get a better finish. also the spring kits for $20 are not OEM so you spent good money on the appearance and went cheap parts for the internals of your brakes....it is a Porsche after all and the brakes are important

Well Turbodan I'm not here to argue but this thread is about powder coating calipers and I'm just posting the result of the work.

I think we're equally **** retentive no doubt.

sorry didn't mean to be so harsh. they look great anyway on the car.
curious did the kit come with the gaskets and rubber for the claipers as well as they had to be removed for powdercoating.

Yes everything has to come out for the powdercoating. I had to order new inner seals & dust boots from zeckhausen.com. Dealer will sell you the dust boots but not the seals (both are Brembo parts) - in fact they recommend you to replace the whole caliper if the inner seals need replacement(!). Brembo will not sell them either.

Its a good decision to get powder coating done for brake calipers.Powder coating decreases the wear and tear of the finish resulting in decreased maintenance cost and greater life cycle of the parts. It is also excellent at withstanding exposure to chemicals, inclement weather, humidity, abrasion and other conditions detrimental to performance and appearance.

Looks great!

Did you get him to replace the seals (etc) as well as the powder coating? Or did you do the seals yourself once it was painted?

TIA!
