My townhome is for sale as I'm moving to Ontario due to my job. Its an awesome place with the perfect location. The 3 things that were important to me, read here lucked out big time are:
1. Location
2. 3 car garage
3. Gated community
Yeap my townhouse ticks all the above 3 boxes!!! You will be hard pressed to find another one like it, especially the 3 car garage plus a small workshop , its a rare man cave for a regular house, let alone a townhome!

The plastic assembly in my photo is from the stock shifter. The aluminum section is the short shifter, it replaced the original one. It had the Porsche parts logo on it. You can seer the part number on the aluminum piece in my photo.
