That's what I think. Also, if something like that happened, there may be a case for getting you money back or even better helping you get off. I don't know why or how but it may be worth investigating. Do any of your documents have the mileage when towed vs. when picked up Zook?

no... no one took it for a ride, i checked the milage it only moved one KM... as for the the tire... the wheels is teh same, but brand new tire.... maybe it poped on the Dollys... Nothing damaged during the tow, my friend put a word in and and my car was taken care of...
Just a brand new tire, now all i need is another one for the other side and set for next summer... I really dint think they would be this nice..
PS: i am not compling, i saying i got a $500 new tire for a $800 Tow...

lol Justin it gets even better... Soo i went to the meet this morning, was showing everyone the New Rear Tire... Gerg (jumper) noticed the Front seems new too, so i checked it and guess what? its NEW TOO!!... Front $305 and Rear $445... 2 new Tires on my car WTF!! Now i had to find out
So after the Meet/Jack Astors i went to the Impound/Garage/Rental/Tow Truck Place, spoke to the owner... Appreantly he knows me and knew whos car it was when he saw it in the morning last saturday... We have common friends... I never met this guy, Cool guy tho
So this is what happend, he said "Someone broke in and damaged the property, slashed tires and damaged cars... my Driver Side Front and Rears were Slashed..." So he had to pay for all the damages out of his pocket (4000+)... He said my car was his first priorty, since we have common friends...
These tires cost $750 (1 Front 1 Rear at 1010tires) I paid $800 for the Impound/Tow...
What a story

If you didn't know the guy I would demand 2 more new ones. tire manufacturers always recommend replaciing tires in pairs...for awd all 4 must be replaced. glad to hear you got it back. keep us posted on the courts.
