Jim, I'm most likely in but can't commit until the last minute, so maybe best not to make a reservation for me. Our band is playing in London the night before, so it all depends on what time we get gear packed up and put away, then when I finally get to bed. If it's a reasonable hour, I can be up in time to get there for the drive, if not, I won't. But unfortunately I just won't know until the night before.

+2 Jim...my wife and I are planning on attending the event. I will need a map as to where everyone is meeting up or an address that I can punch into the GPS. What time is the event starting.............tnx Bill

Bill, the meeting point is on the first post, I'll try to come up with coordinates but for now thats all I have. Its pretty easy once you get to the QEW though.
