Is the octane in a bottle at Canadian Tire as effective as the added octane in 94 gas? If so, you can just bring a bottle of that stuff. I added one once, didn't notice any difference.

@Silver C, thx for the info
@Phil, I always forgot to ask you about the pic, you must tell me the story on Sunday
@Christien, if you are talking about the octane boaster, don't bother. It raise from 87.0 to 87.7 at best.

Yep, in fact your Soobie might be better suited to Dunnville than the 993 - lots of tight turns and less need for horsepower. PM coming with contact info.

I will be there!! Ya!
However, looks like I need to leave early to entertain a client at a Leaf's pre-season game... boring stuff when you can't get drunk and fall over because of all the stuffy suits! :-)
I will be very easy to spot with the red 924S race car... please come over an introduce yourself!
Hopefully my muffler will meet the noise restrictions!

I hope that photographer is going to be there again this year. Last year, he sent me a CD of all the pictures from the whole day.
I got a wicked picture of Ruby on 3 wheels, as well as about 25 other (worthy to be framed) shots. I sent him some paypal cash as a thank you... hopefully we'll see him.

Mark wants us there at 9:30, but it looks like this place is halfway to the track from the town, so if we eat quickly, we should be fine. Thanks for setting that up James!
On another, somewhat urgent, note, does anyone have extra lug nuts for a 911, any year up to 89? I was putting the track wheels on this afternoon and sheered one. I tried to get a generic one at Canadian Tire but it doesn't fit. The lug sheered as I was torquing it, so there's still some hold from it, plus the other 4 on that wheel, but I don't like the idea of driving on the track like that. I just want to borrow one for the track driving - no worries driving home with only 4, and I'll pick up a new one at Mantis, but there's no place to get one between now and tomorrow morning.
