Although your first post pushed some people against the wall including myself but I hear what your saying. My guess is in about 10 years any new vehicle using combinations of GPS and other computer devices will easily give up exactly how fast anyone was going just like the little black boxes right now. But instead of difficult method to extract the data it will be just a click away. The car manufacturers will push it from a get out of a warranty standpoint but civil rights lawyers will be all over it.
