Nope, not me, but a buddy of mine just got clocked. Any idea if there is any way to challenge it?. Never had one so no experience in what the proof is.

It's always worthwhile to fight it, Ronan. If only for the points. Unless he has an egregious record, the fawkers only want the dough.

Fight it. They use a stop watch, measure how long it takes between two hash marks 500m apart on the highway and determine your speed from that.

I read in the newspaper that something like 80% of these cases are dropped in court.

My friend just got clocked doing 146km/h on his way to,Peterborough. He was on probation for losing his license for the 4th time and now he's looking for a driver as it is gone for a 5th time, ouch.

Planes are too slow, not an issue.

it's still nothing too super uber duper high tech like the PR guys at HQ make it out to be...it's more like Airborn VASCAR than the airborn "active pulse dopplar hyper infrared system" they make it out to be.

Ronan, tell your buddy to fight it and prepair a good case.

Did they get 203 him or just a normal speeding ticket?

Me, with my V1 and Laser Jammer, aircraft is the only thing that gets me, as I'm too lazy to do a full Police Scanner setup.
