Default A/C shop in Toronto? UPDATE

Anyone has had good experience with an air conditioning shop in the GTA, preferably on the west end? The A/C in my 993 is not blowing cold air anymore. A quick check at the valve on the compressor revealed that there is no R134a left in the system (meaning most likely a leak somewhere).
Thanks in advance.

Arnaud,

When they said 993s are Air cooled they weren't only referring to the engine. Turn down the windows and go.

my car has never leaked any refridgerant in allmost 30 years .... thank godness for window cranks.

But seriously DO NOTtake it to a guy on the 401 and 25. He used to be in the club and did terrible work .. not sure if he is still in business but thought I would let you know.

Yeah, but whenever I drive with the windows down, I cannot hear the radio

Maybe I should consider the "A/C delete" option and shave 200 Lbs of my car's weight by removing all this (now) useless plumbing

Give Brent a call over at Hunter Motorsports. He probably could give you advice.

Henry @ REFINED MOTORSPORT also recommended them. I spoke to Luis there and will most likely bring my car there soon. Thanks for the tip.

If they're still there go to Leny's on Evans ave.

I know a few years ago they did a job where they basically redesigned an air cooled Porsche A/C sysstem and results were apparenlty AMAZING according to the owner. I wish I still had the info but unfortunately have lost track.

EDIT:

I did a search. I THINK this is it but not 100% sure but maybe this can help anyways,

Thanks everyone, I dropped my car at JM AUTO ELECTRICS this morning. Picked it up tonight and A/C is blowing cold air again. I was a bit concerned by the shop's look and surroundings, but the sight of a 928 made me feel a (very) little better. A nitrogen pressure test revealed a small leak coming from the compressor. They sealed the leak, pressure tested the system again to confirm it was tight and re-filled with r134a. I am now ready to tackle our hot summer days!
