Default Targa Newfoundland 2006 on TV tomorrow

Two different shows I think:

1. January 27th, 2007 at 9:00pm in all time zones, Global TV
March 4th at 3:30 EST, Speed channel

2. The Targa episode of Wings over Canada will air on CLT:
Feb. 2 - 9:00 am EST, Feb. 3 - 4:00 pm EST, Feb 4 - 5:00 pm EST

For some reason I have no desire to see this year's show ... I think the avatar has something to do with it

Spoiler:
An Ottawa-based 911 wins it overall.
An Ottawa-based 968 finishes last (mechanical).
An Ottawa-based 944 finishes second-last (driver error).

I was wondering about the avatar, what's the story? Is it you that finished second to last?

Stephane, I'll be posting the story after the show. You don't read der Auspuff?

It's the German U-Boat... I kid, sorry. The show is usually posted on one of the rally forums, but I'll host it for the Canadian Porsche owners...

I'd love to do the Targa with my 924S.

HOLY CRAP Craig, talk about taking the wrong turn!

What an amazing event it looks like. I have to try to get out there one of these days.

anyone who is watching the re-airing of the episode on speed, you should record it if you have a PVR it was fantastic.

Just finished watching it on tape, Wow Craig , that was quite a plunge, and I can't believe that you manage to finish the race. This looks so much fun, I'd kill to take part of it.

Your one lucky man.

Do you have all the footage that was taped in your car? I'd really like to see the whole race.

Shameless plug for the best 944 mechanic I've ever met: http://www.blaszakprecision.com

I haven't seen the show yet, going to a friend's place on Sunday to see it.

Hey Craig,

You ran right into the water, and then could still finish the race.

As far as I'm concern, you are the winner!
