Where do you live Zookie?? I am looking for a new place.
I spoke to the management office today and they said I can polish to my heart's desire if I do it in the designated washing bay. Unfortunately, the washing bay is quite busy and it would be pretty inconsiderate to hog it for 5hrs. Maybe I can plan to do the next one during work hours when it's less busy.
I was so irritated by it all that I could barely sleep last night; nothing like being told what you can and cannot do in your own home, especially when you feel you're being reasonable and responsible about it!

Buy a house, Farz. I have no tolerance for stick-up-their-butt whiny cry-babies or pussheads on power trips. I happily tell them where to go. Condo life ain't for me.

I Usually wash my car before 5pm on Weekdays not Busy at all these times... Plus since we have 2 Wash bays (Bay 2 is my Fav) I usually take 2-4 hours washing my Car... I dont even bother on Weekends...
PS: House life aint for me... Cant imagen Shovling Snow, Cutting Grass and And keeping an Eye on Hydro :P... Plus you dont get the 28th Floor View of the GTA :P

+1. When I lived in a condo 20 years ago, I never thought I'd be able to stand the added responsibilities of home ownership and upkeep. Now I find that the upkeep is a small price to pay for being able to do whatever I want on my property be it wash the car for hours on end or smoke cigars on the front porch or back deck. Now I'm trying to unload my ski condo in Panorama because I'm fed up with the constant nickel and dimming that the Strata Corp does on a yearly basis and some of the ridiculous bylaws they pass every time someone wants to control other owners/tenants behaviour...real power trips there too.

Back to business: spotted a 996 C4 convertible this morning, black with matching hard top on an office building parking lot on Hurontario, just south ot Britania. Also spotted this morning a nice yellow Boxster (987) quietly drying at Denny's car wash.

As for spotting, I got nothing. Just miles and miles of minivans. Hell, I haven't even seen Cliff out driving in weeks, and I usually run into him fairly often!
