Yeah and I made the appointment 6 weeks ago. I did ask them to check a couple of warranty issues: streaking on side windows, squeaking sub-woofer box. We'll see this afternoon when I pick up.

I'm curious to hear how PCNA will deal with them; the way they handled your sutuation is very unbecoming of a "Premier Porsche Dealer" (they have the plaque right in their service area).

As for the streaking side windows, I get that on mine too... let me know if they figure out what it is?

 

streaking side windows, if by that you mean the spot of grease that seems to imbed itself in the glass everytime u lower it, there was a recall TSB for that.

 

What's on at Cayuga on Saturday?

 

Yeah it's due to the little felt tabs that dampen vibrations; they get saturated with oil/grease and cause the streaks. BTW, they snapped some door trim while fixing it so I have to wait until tomorrow for the parts to arrive and for them to finish up the warranty repairs.
